What is a Mini Bernedoodle?

The Mini Bernedoodle breed is a mix of the Standard Bernese Mountain Dog and the Mini Poodle. The percentage of which breed traits are inherited varies based on the generational lines.

• A puppy that is half Bernese and half Mini Poodle is called (F1).
• A puppy that is 1/4 Bernese and 3/4 Mini Poodle is called (F1b).
• If both parents are an (F1) Mini Bernedoodle, then their puppies are called (F2)
• If one of the parents is an (F1) and the other is an (F1b) then their puppies are called (F2b).

The higher the percentage, the more likely your puppy will have a curly, fluffy, and super soft coat.
